1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Sparkmindsy Pvt Ltd, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Delivery
Sparkmindsy Pvt Ltd agrees to deliver website development, design, and digital marketing services in accordance with the project agreements and invoices. Timelines are estimates, and delays caused by client assets, feedback, or technical factors are not the responsibility of Sparkmindsy.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to provide prompt feedback, content, images, and credentials where necessary to ensure project progress. Delays exceeding 30 days due to lack of client communication may result in project termination or additional charges.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final invoice payment, intellectual property rights for custom-developed websites and graphic materials are transferred to the client. Pre-existing frameworks, plugins, or software code remain the property of their respective creators.
