Refund Policy
Information about our service refunds and cancellations.
1. Web Development Refund Policy
Payments for custom web development and application setup are processed in installments (milestones). Once a milestone phase has been approved and completed, payments for that milestone are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before completion, refund claims will be assessed based on the hours of work completed up to the date of cancellation.
2. Digital Marketing & SEO Services
Monthly SEO packages, SMM campaign services, and PPC optimization plans are non-refundable once the monthly billing period has commenced. You can cancel your marketing contract at any time by giving 15 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
3. Claim Assessments
All cancellation requests must be sent to info@staybrightdesign.com. Refund calculations are completed within 7 to 10 working days, and approved refunds will be credited back via bank transfer within 15 days.
